This service provides immediate assistance for Visual Localize related issues to ensure fastest results for you.
Terms and conditions
- 3 support cases (2 hour each)
- Response time : One to three working days in Germany
- Our developers will support only the latest version of Visual Localize! Please check our Download site for newer versions.
In case that you are using a former version of Visual Localize please download the latest version and check your issue with this version. We are not responsible for support efforts which could be avoided by using the latest version of our product.
- As soon as we receive your support case including a valid product support number, we will analyze your issue (see response time above) and get in contact with you.
- If your support case is due to an error of Visual Localize your submitted support case will be credited.
